Inquiry details submitted through this site are forwarded by the website server to the governed internal inbound API in Commercial OS so the request can be recorded, reviewed, and routed before any downstream CRM activation occurs.
Data collected can include the information entered into the form, such as contact details, organization details, the inquiry message, and source attribution fields used for intake review and website performance tracking.
If the handoff is interrupted after submission, the request may fail before Commercial OS records the inbound event, or it may already be recorded there with replay-safe identifiers. Duplicate submissions should be avoided until the status is clear.
Access to inquiry records is limited to authorized internal review and response workflows in Commercial OS. CRM records remain downstream of this governed intake path and are not created directly by the public website.
